St. Gregory Classical Academy relies on the time and talent of its families to ensure a cohesive school culture in which all families work toward the common good of the community. Families are asked to be generous with their time, understanding that every bit of help furthers the goals and mission of the Academy. Parents may volunteer through a variety of means, including, but not limited to, lunch duty, copying and filing for teachers and Administration, chaperones for field trips, janitorial and grounds work, or assistance at the Academy’s fundraisers or events.

Volunteers must complete the following:

  • Volunteer application form, which you can download here
  • BCI Background check packet that you can download here
  • Confidentiality/child safety training- (Office staff will schedule the training)

The governing board of St. Gregory Classical Academy, located at 1580 Brown St. in Akron, Ohio 44301 has adopted the following racial nondiscriminatory policies:
