Admissions Process — St. Gregory Classical Academy

St. Gregory Classical Academy uses a secure, online application system to streamline and manage all student admissions. The process is designed so families can complete, save, and return to their application at any time. Below is an overview of how the process works:

1. Create Your Application Account

To begin an application, families must first create an account in our admissions portal. This includes providing:

  • Parent/guardian contact information

  • Primary email address (used as your login)

  • A secure password

After completing account creation, you will receive an email verification link. You must verify your email to proceed with the application.

2. Start the Application

Once your account is confirmed:

  • Login to the admissions portal with your email and password

  • Select “New Application” to begin

  • Complete each section of the application form

Key Features of the Portal:

  • Autosave functionality: Your progress is saved automatically as you complete fields.

  • Green checkmarks: Each section will display a checkmark when all required fields are completed.

Families may log in and out of the portal as needed without losing information.

3. Review, Submit, and Pay the Application Fee

When the application form is fully completed:

  1. Select “Review & Submit.”

  2. Confirm that all information is accurate.

  3. Pay the non-refundable application fee electronically.

The portal accepts secure online payments at the time of submission.

Note: Applications cannot be processed until the fee is received.

4. Schedule a School Visit

After submission of the application, families are prompted to schedule an on-campus visit. This visit allows you and your student(s) to:

  • Experience the school environment

  • Meet faculty and staff members

  • Learn more about student life at St. Gregory

Visits are scheduled through the portal or by contacting the admissions office.

5. Interview with the Headmaster

A required admissions interview with the Headmaster is scheduled after the visit. The interview:

  • Helps the Headmaster understand your child’s readiness and interests

  • Allows your family to ask specific questions

  • Provides insight into academic expectations and community life

The interview may be conducted in person or via a secure video call when necessary.

6. Admissions Decision and Enrollment

Once the application, visit, and interview are complete:

  • The Admissions Committee reviews all materials

  • A decision is made based on academic readiness, family engagement, and school capacity

Families are notified via email of the decision.

Upon acceptance:

  • Enrollment instructions are provided through the portal

  • You will receive next steps for registration, tuition setup, and orientation

7. Additional Features & Support

  • The admissions portal is accessible from any device with internet access.

  • If you encounter issues or have questions during the process, our Admissions Office is available to assist.

  • All communications regarding application status and next steps are sent through the email associated with your portal account.
